What we are
We are an independent reseller based in The Woodlands, Texas. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by SkinCeuticals or L'Oreal, and we do not claim to be. We buy stock, we check it, and we ship it from the United States.
Why our prices look the way they do
A serum bought at a dermatologist's front desk carries the cost of the room you are standing in: the treatment suite, the consultation, the counter staff, the commission. None of that is in the bottle. We do not run any of it, so we do not charge you for it. The formula you receive is the same formula.
How we check what we send you
- Every item ships in its original factory-sealed carton. We do not sell testers, decants, refills, or anything that has been opened.
- We read the batch code and the expiry date on each individual unit before it goes out, and we will photograph the code for you on request, before or after you order.
- Anything that looks wrong to us does not get shipped.
If you have any doubt
Contact us before you open the box. We will send you a photograph of the batch code on your specific bottle so you can verify it with SkinCeuticals customer service yourself. If you would rather send it back, we accept the return either way, within 30 days, and we cover the postage when the problem is on our side.
A note on vitamin C
Pure L-ascorbic acid oxidises. It starts the day it is made, and it continues in the bottle whether the bottle is sealed or not. A serum with a light amber or slightly deeper tone is normal and still active. A serum that arrives distinctly brown is not, and we will replace it.
